Cancel the HelloFresh Subscription

If you want to cancel the subscription as you think you do not need it anymore then you can cancel this but you have to cancel it before 11.59PST your next meal arrives. 5 days before you have to cancel the subscription otherwise you have to pay for the meals. To cancel the subscription these are the following steps are:

  • Sign in to your Hellofresh account from the hello fresh website.
  • Click the name(from which name your account is created) in the upper right corner.
  • Click on your name and then click on account setting 
  • Then Click on “Account Setting”.
  • Now scroll to the plan setting page and click on Cancel Plan.
  • You will receive a message against cancelling the plan. Click Cancel Anyway.
  • Select the reason why you cancel your account.
  • Follow the prompts and click “Cancel Anyway”.
  • Now you will be shown a message telling you that your account has been canceled with your last delivery date.

But if you do not want to cancel and change your mind then you can click on I didn’t mean to cancel, and you can skip the deliveries of one week. And you don’t have to pay for that week. And you can adjust this any time by editing the delivery date of your meal in the menu section of your account.
